With more than 50 years of experience in catering, leisure, hotel management and events, the Intur Group has 11 hotels in Spain. More than 1000 rooms in holiday and urban locations such as Castellón, Madrid, Alcazar de San Juan, Benicasim, Seville, San Sebastián and Valencia.
The Challenge
At a time when the company was growing rapidly, and with properties in different locations with very different consumer behaviours, the Intur Hotels team was finding it difficult to gather information and integrate data.
They needed to streamline data collection and gain a deeper understanding of the performance of their properties. The goal was to improve the decision-making process, aimed at optimising the company’s overall results.
