How Hotelatelier's partnership with BEONx redefined their Revenue Management:

Hotelatelier is a dynamic and innovative hotel operator, which stands out for its commitment to excellence in hospitality, focused on the triple bottom line: economic, environmental and social. It is present in the most important cities in Spain and Portugal, including Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Bilbao, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca and Porto.

In its partnership with BEONx, Hotelatelier was looking for solutions to challenges such as finding agility in rate optimization, revenue by room type and regime or in identifying long-term variations.

The solution

Hotelatelier chose BEONx for the opportunity to maximize revenue at the highest level, with the closeness of communication between the two teams helping greatly. Some of the functionalities most valued by Hotelatelier have been BEONx’s ‘Autopilot’ and ‘Recommendations’, which have allowed a remarkable optimization in the management of rates and room availability.
