Before implementing BEONx, Melia Cuba faced significant challenges in their revenue management processes. Manual data processing, the need to optimize data collection times, detecting variations in demand, updating tariff structures, and unlocking new insights into revenue management were major hurdles. After analyzing and participating in the implementation of several RMS solutions like Ideas, IDISO, and Duetto, MeliaCuba.com sought a more cost-effective and adaptable solution.
