With 941 rooms in Mexico, Lucerna Hotels is a company committed to personalised guest service. Its properties provide a warm and welcoming family environment in urban and holiday destinations such as Tijuana, Mexicali, and other locations in Baja California.

 

The Challenge

With a growing company and properties spread across different locations, having an adequate forecast for the entire company was a delicate task that required a lot of resources. In-depth knowledge of each hotel’s demand is a key element for improving decisions and optimising results.

The Revenue Management team at Lucerna Hotels had IT tools for data management, but they needed to improve the automation of the forecasting process.

 

The Solution

The BEONx sales team contacted Lucerna Hotels at a time when the team was looking for more efficient solutions.
