We are looking for experienced, energetic, intelligent, solution and data driven, and capable of working under pressure as Presales Director to support our VP PreSales Solutions.

PreSales Solutions plays a crucial role in business development processes: understanding the customer’s needs & technology requirements, business value proposition, and pitching the company’s RMS & Sustainable Profit Platform as the ideal solution.

Additionally to Sales, as Pre Sales Solutions Manager, you will work closely across various business verticals such as Product, Customer Experience, Integrations and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management/Profit optimization experience within Hospitality
  • Solid understanding of the hospitality technology industry and in-depth knowledge of hotel profit optimization
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • An analytical mind-set and a creative spirit
  • Proficient English: Our working language is English.
  • Spanish, German or other languages will be highly valued.
  • Previous experience in a Pre Sales Role within a SaaS company in the hospitality tech space as well as understanding of Sustainability Business Management would be a bonus

Responsibilities

Work alongside a sales director to discover a customer’s business challenges and create a unique solution to present back to their decision makers, illustrating value and benefits via an engaging story.
  • Planning of sales strategies, our product value proposition in contrast to our competitors
  • Support Sales team with preparation of commercial decks, whitepapers, ROI analysis and any other collateral required to support the sales organization in to order to hit growth targets.
  • Document customer needs and requirements to ensure a smooth and successful post sale software implementation
  • Participate in prioritization in the company’s product roadmap strategy
  • Thought leadership both in content and participation in events in the hospitality industry
  • Participate in training of new colleagues across the organization.
