As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing creative growth strategies to drive high-quality leads, enhance client acquisition, and contribute to our dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing creative growth strategies to drive high-quality leads, enhance client acquisition, and contribute to our dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative growth strategies to enhance lead generation.
  • Provide guidance on crafting and implementing measurable, creative marketing tactics aimed at attracting B2B clients.
  • Devise cost-effective campaign launch strategies that yield maximum outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement methods to boost website traffic and conversion rates. This includes optimizing and creating pages, forms, navigation flows, and applications.
  • Design automated email campaigns to increase reach and open rates.
  • Manage and refine paid online advertising campaigns.
  • Regularly test, assess, and refine growth tactics to optimize engagement.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of growth strategies, utilizing essential metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards to track various campaign successes.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM lifecycle, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion to drive customer acquisition.

Your Profile

Your Profile

You are a perfect match for the role if you are:
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Growth Hacking and Digital Marketing roles, with a proven track record of lead generation and engagement, specially in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficient analytical abilities and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge in technical SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing techniques.
  • Skilled in A/B testing and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Advanced experience with WordPress for page creation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Experience with CRM lifecycle management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Wordpress, Hubspot & Google Analytics.
  • A versatile, creative individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Technical expertise in web development.
  • Proficient in translating numerical data and metrics into impactful actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Full-level proficiency in English. Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
