BEONx is looking for a Director of Sales for Europe (DACH)

We are looking for a senior sales professional with a track record of intelligent, result-driven experience in the hospitality industry to join us as our Director of Sales for Europe (DACH).

We are looking for a senior sales professional with a track record of intelligent, result-driven experience in the hospitality industry to join us as our Director of Sales for Europe (DACH).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Hit growth targets and execute our DACH-regional sales strategy
  • Own entire sales cycle and manage CRM-based pipeline
  • Engage with leads to help prospective clients learn more about the solution
  • Close both self-generated and lead-nurtured deals
  • Develop relationships with key regional software and distribution channel players
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
  • Lead and coordinate the DACH business development team
  • Provide accurate and regular forecasts on the European market to our sales leadership team
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product team
  • Work closely with the CX team to ensure successful onboarding and integration within the customer ecosystem of applications
  • Represent the company as an industry expert at webinars, conferences, events and trade shows

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in the hotel industry, in revenue managenent and/or selling B2B/SaaS solutions to chains
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with exceptional attitute in business development
  • History of overperformance in previous sales roles
  • Extensive industry network comprising independent hotels, hotel chains and hotel technology/ecosystem suppliers
  • Extraordinary written and oral communication
  • An analytical-meets-creative mindset and the resilience and agility to thrive in a start-up context
  • Fluency in English and German (Spanish is a plus)
